Focusing on the 2/3/4G mobile packet core, Flint are helping engineers with enterprise IP networking and classic telecommunications skills by providing intensive and focused training to up-skill to support the integration, verification and operational support of the MME/SGSN and S-GW/P-GW/GGSN mobile network elements.
Flint launched the ‘Flint Academy’ in 2011 and provides intensive training in mobile networking for ‘new to industry’ engineers. This initiative, delivered in partnership with some of our major clients, seeks to bring in new skills to work in mobile telecommunications.
For bespoke training, our first step is to meet with you to understand the practical day to day challenges that you or your engineers meet and then offer targeted competence development in the areas required. We then take our huge portfolio of training material and design a bespoke course to meet your objectives.
