Flint has developed and is delivering a bespoke suite of training focused at individuals wishing to take steps towards becoming a telecommunications Project Manager. Alongside this introduction programme, courses are being developed that provide an indepth appreciation of specific knowledge areas e.g. Risk Management, Earned Value Management (tracking) .
